Yolanda Hunter, DMD is a Board Member of the DREAMS Foundation.  Dr. Hunter graduated with a BS, RN degree from Clemson University. She worked as an RN in Orthopedics for several years before enrolling in dentistry school. She graduated with a DMD from the Medical University of South Carolina School of Dentistry.  Dr. Hunter then completed a Dental General Practice Residency at the University of Florida.  She is a member of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, Delta Sigma Nu Honor Society, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.  She is past President of the Palmetto Medical, Dental, and Pharmaceutical Association (PMDPA) and is currently on the Executive Committee of the PMDPA.  Dr. Hunter has been an active volunteer in the community and has served on the School Improvement Council in Richland County School District 2.  She has received numerous awards including Doctor of the Year of the Palmetto Medical, Dental, and Pharmaceutical Association.    Dr. Hunter is the owner of Northeast Family Dentistry in Columbia, SC.
