Delvakia “Del” Gray is a process improvement leader for the U.S. Department of Treasury. He is a certified Master Black Belt (GE) as well as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He partners with business operations division leadership to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to joining the
U.S. Department of Treasury, Del held significant leadership positions with multiple Fortune 100 companies.

He managed GE Healthcare installation operations for the Southeast United States as vice president.
Additionally, he served as the lead Master Black Belt (process improvement leader) for GE Aircraft Engines Repair Operations. He also served as a senior manufacturing manager for General Motors. Del is a Gulf War
(Desert Storm) army veteran. A South Carolina native, he resides in Gwinnett County, Georgia. He and his wife, Janet, have two adult children: son Devin and daughter Haley. Del enjoys watching sports, studying the
stock market, and completing home renovation projects.
