Robert Reid is a native of Blythewood, South Carolina. After receiving several scholarships for college, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University. He is a proud member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, he earned a CALI award for the top score in a law school class. He has volunteered and raised money for medical research through Relay for Life and served as a Veterans Administration Hospital volunteer. He has also raised funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer research. He is currently employed by the State of South
Carolina.
